Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for purchases made on AB Brothers.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Return requests should be made within 7 days of delivery (unless required otherwise by law).
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible.

Non‑returnable items

  • Customized/personalized products (if applicable).
  • Gift cards / vouchers (if applicable).
  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable).

How to request a return

  1. Email us at info@abbrothers.online with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We’ll share return instructions and the return address (if approved).
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back as instructed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where applicable. For cash on delivery orders, refunds may be processed through an agreed alternative method.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@abbrothers.online with photos, and we will help you with a replacement or resolution.
